What personal data the onboarding application collects, why it is collected, and how it is handled during KYC and AML review.
1. What we collect
The onboarding application collects your name, email, phone number, country of residence, investor classification, identification document type, source of funds and preferred funding rail.
It also records the portfolio parameters you select, such as capital, duration, profile, allocation emphasis and commodity interests. Concierge enquiries record your name, email, topic and message.
2. Why we collect it
The data is used to review your application, to contact you about it, to answer desk enquiries, to complete identity and source of funds verification, and to meet anti-money laundering obligations.
3. How it is stored
Application and enquiry data is stored in an access-controlled database. Submitted records are not publicly readable, and access is limited to staff who review onboarding and desk correspondence.
Data in transit is encrypted. Document copies requested during verification are handled separately from this website.
4. Retention
Application records are retained for as long as required by applicable record-keeping rules, including where an application does not proceed.
5. Your requests
You can ask for access to, correction of, or deletion of your application data, subject to record-keeping obligations. Contact the investment desk with your application reference.
